Cookies and Similar Technologies
Animiyum stores small files (cookies) in your browser to run the site and remember your preferences, and uses your browser’s local storage. Everything we use is listed below, without exception.
Strictly necessary cookies
Without these you cannot sign in, pick a profile, or complete security checks. They therefore cannot be switched off and are not subject to consent. Legal basis: necessary for the service to be provided.

Our own measurement
A counter we keep to see how much the site is used, with no link to your identity. It is not passed to third parties. The visit record also holds your IP address and browser version, which we use to prevent abuse and to understand site traffic.

Optional measurement cookies
Loaded only if you choose “Accept all”. With “Necessary only” these tags are never loaded and the related cookies are never created. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Advertising
Ads do not depend on your cookie choice; they are shown with “Necessary only” too. Ad slots run in a frame separate from the page, and the advertising provider (a third party) may use its own cookies there. Unless you chose “Accept all”, we load that frame in an isolated mode that does not keep cookies, where your browser supports it. When an ad fails to load, one cookieless test request is sent to each of two advertising provider addresses to tell whether an ad blocker is in use.
Local storage
These are not cookies but the same rules apply: they are preferences held in the browser’s storage area and are not sent to the server on their own. They are player preferences and two ad-related timestamps, and none contains identifying information.

Important: clearing your browser cookies does not clear these. To remove them you need your browser’s “clear site data” option.

You can change your consent here at any time. Once withdrawn, optional tags are no longer loaded from the next page view; third-party cookies already created can be removed from your browser settings.
Transfer outside Türkiye
The measurement tools you consent to may transfer data outside Türkiye. In addition, the company operating the service and its infrastructure are outside Türkiye; even with “Necessary only”, using the service requires this transfer.
Turning off “Remember me”
The “Remember me” box on the sign-in and sign-up pages is off by default. A persistent session cookie is created only if you deliberately tick it on your own device. Do not tick it on a shared or public computer.
If you are already signed in, choosing Sign out from the menu is enough: the remember cookie is deleted from both your browser and our server. It is only deleted from the browser you signed out of; for a session left open on another device, sign out there too.
