Bu arada, Maximilian von Kastrop İmparatorluğa isyan etti. Phezzanın yardımıyla inşa edilmiş güçlü silahlı uydulardan oluşan bir sistem olan "Artemis Kolye" sayesinde güvende olduğunu düşünüyor.
